Facilities

Completed in the Fall of 1999, Rocky Mountain Christian Academy occupies the 54,000 sq. ft. Education Center of the Rocky Mountain Christian Church. Small classes experience large, fully-equipped classrooms. A gymnasium, playground, and open space provide ample room for students to develop physically. Art, music, and library space offer students an opportunity for a balanced educational experience. A large parking area provides for safe and convenient drop-off and pick-up of children.

RMCA is housed in the education center (south entrance) of Rocky Mountain Christian Church at the corner of 95th street and Niwot Road in Niwot, CO.

RMCA is centrally located in Boulder County, approximately 3 miles south of Longmont, 8 mile northeast of Boulder, and 6 miles north of Lafayette. Most families live in the communities of Longmont, Lafayette, Boulder, Erie, Louisville, Niwot, Firestone, and Frederick.

Spacious elementary classrooms allow for a variety of instructional activites.

Small classes in large early-childhood classrooms foster exploration.

Parents are always welcome to eat lunch with their children in our dining room that features seasonal center pieces, small groups, and background music.

Students regularly utilize the library for research projects.

Regular music and band classes are held in the mutli-media music room.

Students develop muscle coordination and social skills on a playground with a view.
