School Closure Information

School Closure Policy:
In the event of serious inclement weather or certain other circumstances, RMCA may be closed or delayed. In the event of excessive closures, additional school days may be added to the calendar.

It may be necessary to cancel or delay school even if the local public school districts are still in session. Parents will be notified in the ways below if that is the event. Generally, decisions to close or delay will be made by 7:00am. If Boulder Valley Schools or St. Vrain Schools are closed, RMCA will be closed as well.

RMCA closures or delays will be reported to the following media outlets:

TELEVISION: Channel 4. KCNC Denver
INTERNET: www.ColoradoDelays.com

If school is delayed, all classes that begin in the morning will start at 9:30. Afternoon classes will begin on time unless notified differently.
