RMCA has exceptional and highly trained faculty and staff committed to the spiritual, academic, physical, and social development of each child. They model the virtues they teach. While they are passionate and capable of guiding each child’s growth, our teachers have a comprehensive method which informs their philosophy and practice. It is through the strength of this approach that we are able to maintain consistency across the variety of personalities and backgrounds leading our classes.
As a teaching environment for educators, we believe there is none more well-suited than a school like RMCA. Teachers love their pupils and get to share with them in a growing enthusiasm for learning. Mrs. Stacy Lind has been a dedicated member of RMCA since 2004, initially starting as a preschool teacher and eventually becoming the Early Education Director for several years. During the challenging times of 2020-2021, she also took on the role of Health Liaison, showcasing her commitment to the community's well-being. In 2022-2023, she assumed the role of Director of Operations.
Mrs. Lind's educational background includes being an alumnus of CSU and holding Early Childhood Director qualifications from Front Range Community College. Her devotion extends beyond the workplace, as she has been an active member of Rocky Mountain Christian Church since 1999, where she contributes to Children's Sunday School.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Mrs. Lind, alongside her husband Rick, finds joy in exploring and camping during adventures with their two grown daughters.
Mrs. Robinson has been a member of the RMCA community since 2006 and joined the teaching staff in the spring of 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Baylor University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Regis University. She has taught in preschool, elementary, and now resides mainly in the middle school as a mentor and teacher.
Mrs. Robinson was born and raised in Alaska and lives with her husband and three children in Longmont, CO. She enjoys studying the Bible, reading, hiking to beautiful lakes, cooking, her farm animals, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Schaefer joined RMCA in 2014. She is a Colorado University grad. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Education. Her Master’s Degree is in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Literacy. She has taught kindergarten, first, and second grade. She has been involved in Women’s and Small Group Ministry. Mrs. Schaefer was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. She and her husband Tyler live in Longmont with their three children. She loves to read, attend sporting events, and scuba dive. She plays on a co-ed, indoor soccer league.
Mrs. Dischinger has taught first and second grades and has served as an autism paraprofessional. She enjoys leading a backpacking ministry with her husband at their church and loves to travel. Cheyanne’s degree is in Human Development and Family Studies/Early Childhood Education from Colorado State University.
Mrs. Ryane Drochner joined the RMCA staff in 2020, as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher aide. Ryane holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She completed her Undergraduate and Masters Degree, with a Masters of Science in Speech and Language Pathology, from Indiana State University. She has 15+ years experience with pediatric and adults in diagnosing and treating a variety of disorders. Ryane and her family moved to Colorado in 2015. Her three daughters have attended RMCA since 2015. Ryane was involved in Rocky MOPS since 2016 and was on leadership for 3 years. Ryane and her family attend Rocky Mountain Christian Church, where her husband and herself serve in guest services, RockyKids, and Special Friends (Special Needs Ministry). Ryane enjoys running, hiking, reading and any outdoor activities. She feels it is a privilege and joy to work at RMCA.
Ms. Depue joined RMCA in 2017. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies and Elementary Education from Crown College in Minnesota. Previously she was a substitute teacher in northern California, taught kindergarten thru eighth grade at a country school in rural Nebraska, and was an instructional aide and tutor after moving to Colorado in 2008. Ms. Depue enjoys nature walks and camping as well as handwork and baking.
Heather Adams has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado. Heather's children have been attending RMCA since 2011. After many years of being a parent volunteer in the classroom, Ms. Adams joined the RMCA staff as a classroom aide and office aide in 2019. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, and cooking yummy gluten free food. Heather and her family attend Grace Church in Longmont, Colorado.
Laura Coors joined the RMCA staff in August of 2022. Miss Coors was born in China, but grew up in Evergreen, CO. She is 1 of 10 children, and 1 of 6 adopted in her family. She received a BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish in 2018 and a BME in Music Education in 2021 from Westmont College. In between her first and second bachelors degrees, Miss Coors was an associate teacher at Grand County Christian Academy (formally Winter Park Christian School) teaching multiple subjects 1st through 6th grade. After her BME, Miss Coors was the library teacher and the assistant teacher for 5th and 6th grade at Providence School in Santa Barbara, California. Miss Coors loves watching her students make discoveries and taking their learning to heart as they grow and mature in their faith. She is excited to be a part of cultivating the minds and hearts of these third graders.
Miss Coors enjoys spending her time singing in choral ensembles around the community, playing her violin or viola, reading, game nights, traveling, and spending time with her LARGE family either at home or at their cattle ranch.

Mrs. Tadewald began teaching third grade at RMCA in 2010. Previously she substituted, taught part-time, and taught full-time in various schools, including Longmont Christian, for many years. Mrs. Tadewald holds a Bachelors’ degree from Colorado State and a Post B.A. Elementary Education degree from University of Colorado in Boulder. Her family includes her husband, Tom, and two adult children (both RMCA alumni). She and her family attend First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Longmont.
Mrs. Louwers began teaching at RMCA in 2018. She received a Bachelor's of Science at Michigan State University. Shortly after, she met her husband, Bob, and they moved to Colorado where they raised their 5 children. She homeschooled all of her children in Charlotte Mason for 14 years. Mrs. Louwers loves to garden, cook, hike, and spend time with her family and church community.
Christine Wilson joined RMCA in 2021. She received her B.A. in Dance from Western Michigan University. Christine grew up assisting in and teaching children’s ballet, tap and creative movement classes. She is also a certified Pilates Instructor and enjoyed running her own studio for several years. In her free time, Christine likes to run, hike, snowboard and camp with her family. Her three children began attending RMCA in 2021 and she is excited to be a part of this amazing school and community.

Mr. Martinez joined RMCA in the fall of 2023. He taught at Longmont Christian School for 10 years. 9 years as a 5th grade teacher and one year as a Middle School Science teacher. He received his Bachelor's degree from CU Boulder in Entrepreneurship. He received his Elementary licensure training from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He and his wife Kristy have 3 sons. He is a Colorado native, with roots in Niwot going back to 1921. He has served as Scoutmaster and Asst. Scoutmaster of Troop 66 for over 12 years. He and his wife owned and operated Crystal Ski Shop in Boulder for 13 years. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking, computers, and riding his riding lawn mower in the summer.
Mrs. Fasolini joined RMCA in 2022 as a middle school aide. She has lived in Colorado for six years, but was "born and bred" in Oklahoma and still refers to the Sooner State as home. Mrs. Fasolini proudly served in the US Navy, where she met her husband. They currently live in Loveland with their daughter. Mrs. Fasolini obtained her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Colorado Christian University. She is currently working on a B.S. in History at Liberty University. In her spare time, you can find Mrs. Fasolini reading, writing, or baking.
Bill Wilkinson was born on February 16, 1949 in Granite City, Illinois. At age 10 he began playing trumpet. Bill graduated from Collinsville High School in 1967. He received a full trumpet performance scholarship from John Brown University. Bill traveled in a band for three years playing 150 shows a year with a group called “The Sound Generation”. He received his B.S. Mus. Ed. Degree from John Brown University in 1974. He has performed with Lionel Hampton, Florence Henderson, Roy Clarke, Pat Boone, Andre Crouch and performed for two Presidents: President Nixon and President Ford. He married his college girl friend Beth in 1971. They have three beautiful children: Summer, Megan and Seth and three beautiful grandchildren: Madeline, Emma and Jackson. In 1976 Bill and his family moved to Longmont where he taught band at the following high schools: Lyons (1976-78) Skyline High School (1978-1993) Longmont High School (1993-2001) and Silver Creek High School (2001-05) In 2005 Mr. Wilkinson retired from the St. Vrain School District after 30 years. During his years in the St. Vrain School District his bands were selected to perform at The Colorado Music Educator’s Convention 5 times and the Colorado Bandmasters Convention one time. His marching bands were invited to perform half-time shows at the Denver Bronco’s games two times. In 1989 Mr. Wilkinson was selected to direct The Colorado All State Jazz Band. Mr. Wilkinson is in demand all across Colorado to adjudicate high school bands.

Mrs. Caswell taught 2nd grade at RMCA from 2018-2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Elementary Education from MSU. Sierra loves spending time with her husband and two daughters camping, gardening, and reading. She and her family have attended Rocky Mountain Christian Church for over 20 years.

Mrs. Amy Smith is a dedicated educator who is passionate about creating a warm,
encouraging, and structured learning environment for her students. Currently in her
second year of obtaining her Clinical Mental Health Counseling, M.A. degree at CCU,
Mrs. Smith brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies with an
emphasis in Women's Ministry from San Diego Christian College, Mrs. Smith and her
husband have served in full time ministry for the past 20 years. She has held various
roles in the different churches she has worked, including five years as Women's Ministry
Director, working with high school ministry, disciplining women and youth and
coordinator for mentoring programs at her last church.
Mrs. Smith has experience teaching in a Christian private school in Maui Hawaii, where
she taught and volunteered for years before falling in love with teaching 5th grade in
2017. After moving to Colorado in 2019, she joined RMCA as a substitute teacher,
eventually becoming a teaching aide for 3rd and 4th grade in the Fall of 2019. During the
COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned to Early Education and found joy in introducing
children to a structured school environment that allowed for joyful and warm
introductions to RMCA.
Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Smith enjoys paddle boarding and shell picking (though
admittedly more challenging in Colorado), reading, and gardening. Her favorite time
spent is just being with her family and friends.
Mrs. Smith is excited to continue her work at RMCA, where she can love on and support
her students' growth and development. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and
structured environment ensures that students thrive under her guidance.
Ms. Patterson attended Bob Jones University and graduated in 2005 with her Associates in Office Administration and a Bachelors in Practical Christian Training. She has been part of the RMCA community since 2013 and loves being part of the Early Education team! Ms. Patterson is a Colorado native and still amazed by its beauty every day! She has 3 kids who attend RMCA. In her free time, she loves helping her kids with their cows, goats and ducks. Fair time is their favorite time! She loves finding new adventures together. She attends Faith Point church in Longmont and serves on the Worship team.

Melissa Young grew up in Oklahoma and moved to Colorado in 1991. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Personnel/Human Resource Management. Melissa married her high school sweetheart and they have a 19-yr old son, a 16-yr old daughter, and a domestic farm containing 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 turtle and 6 chickens. Both children attended RMCA. Melissa worked at the school in various roles until she transitioned into her current role in Accounting/HR in 2016.

Ms. Hiles is originally from Tacoma, WA where she attended Clover Park Technical College to study Human Services. She worked with Pierce County’s homeless population as a Marketing and Communication Specialists and Case Worker. Ms. Hiles transferred to Southern New Hampshire University to study psychology and continue her work in the Human Service field. In 2021, Ms. Hiles moved to Colorado, with her two young children, and worked as a Treatment Counselor with the at-risk youth population in the Denver area.
Currently, Ms. Hiles enjoys the opportunity to work alongside young children and share her passion for Christ. Her children attend RMCA and love sharing common ideas and their love for God with their friends as well.
Ruxy Papineau has lived in Colorado most of her life, which is an easy place to explore her love of Photography. She and her husband, Andre got married in 2009 and have since lived in 4 states! They are now settled in Erie, Colorado, with their 3 girls who attend RMCA. On the weekends, you can usually find her exploring the outdoors with a camera in her hand, cuddled up with a good book, or enjoying game night with close friends and family.

Mrs. Scholberg joined RMCA in 2021 as an elementary school aide. She is a former second grade and ESL teacher and has worked with children for the majority of her life in various roles such as summer camp counselor, private nanny, and as a tennis teacher. She resides in Erie and is married to Ben, a paramedic firefighter for City of Lafayette, and they have a six year old daughter named Avalon, "Avey" for short, who is currently a first grader at RMCA. In her spare time, you can find Mrs. Scholberg spending time with family and friends, her 8 pets (2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 fish), playing tennis, gardening, or baking.
